How long does it take to see results from email?

Automated flows can go live within the first 30 days, and some clients see revenue impact from an abandoned cart sequence within the first week of launch. Bigger program improvements — open rate lifts, list health gains, compounding A/B wins — typically become clear by month three. Unlike SEO, email moves fast once the foundations are right.

What if our list is small or hasn't been emailed in a while?

A cold or small list is very common and absolutely workable. We start with a careful re-engagement approach and domain warmup strategy so your sending reputation builds gradually rather than tanking deliverability on your first send. List size matters less than list quality and trigger logic — a small, engaged list consistently outperforms a bloated cold one.

Do you write the emails yourselves or do we provide copy?

If you have an in-house writer you'd prefer to involve, we can work in a hybrid model. The strategy, flow logic, and optimisation always stay with us.
